Meet The Team


Roxanne Dudicz, CPA |

Roxanne is originally from Rockford, Illinois, but has an accounting degree from Calvin College. She pursued her CPA license after graduation and spent several years in public accounting & private industry. Roxanne had trouble finding work that would accommodate her desired work-life balance so she decided to start a company that offers expert, personal service while offering flexibility. She has a passion for developing people, processes in a thriving culture. Roxanne spends her free time with her husband and three young kids, traveling, volunteering & trying new experiences.


Becky Salach |

Becky received her MSA from DePaul University in Chicago. She began her accounting career at a large consumer packaged goods company in Chicago before teaching accounting part-time at a correspondence high school. She recently moved to the Grand Rapids area from Cincinnati, Ohio. While in Cincinnati she worked with a non-profit organization for many years. Becky is passionate about giving back to the community and is excited about working with non-profits in the Grand Rapids area. Becky loves spending time with her family, traveling and cooking.


Mary DeGroot, CPA |

Mary attended Calvin College, transferred to Michigan State University, where she received her accounting degree. She worked in public accounting for 18 years, 1st on a full time basis and later part time. Mary spent a short time in corporate accounting before moving to the nonprofit sector, where she spent 13 years at 2 different organizations. Mary enjoys reading, hiking, volunteering, traveling and spending time at the beach in Ludington. She is married to Ed. They have 2 young adult daughters, Julia and Anna.


Brittany Ford |

Brittany grew up in the small town of Sparta, Michigan before attending Calvin College for a Bachelor’s Degree for Accounting. Brittany has been a part of the Rivertown Finance team for a year, and has really enjoyed her time here. Brittany really wants to use the gifts she has to help the people around her and to exemplify stewardship. Outside of work Brittany likes to golf, spend time with her husband and family, cook and relax.


Deb Keith | or

Deb came to Rivertown Finance after working for Frederik Meijer Gardens. She focuses on work with our senior clients throughout Kent County. She recently moved here from the rural Otsego area. Prior to her work here in Grand Rapids, she worked both for non-profit and small-midsized businesses in Kalamazoo, Portage and the Otsego areas. She and her husband, Kevin, love to garden, travel and listen to music.


Julie Myers |

Julie received her accounting degree from Western Michigan University and started her career in the real estate/property management arena where she worked for 25 years in both corporate and private settings. Experience ranges from general accounting and bookkeeping to managing a small office including all facets of reporting. Prior to coming to Rivertown Julie was working part time and was excited to find a job where she was able to keep that schedule. She brings the ability to see the whole picture to a small business client. Julie is a mother of 3 and just celebrated 25 years of marriage. She enjoys spending time with her lifelong friends, camping and gardening.


Kimberly Sansoterra |

Kim was looking for a place where she could balance her expertise with the demands of multiple children, after spending several years at home with her family. Kim’s many years of accounting experience combined with her heart to serve makes her a perfect administrative assistant and complement to Donna. When Kim is not working she is transporting her four children from one activity to another. Soccer games, marching band competitions, plays and other such events are what take up a lot of her after work hours. She also volunteers at her church. But one of her favorite things to do is spend time with her two grandchildren.


Kadee Schwingel |

Kadee moved up to Grand Rapids from Anna Maria Island, Florida to attend school at Calvin College. She is currently a staff accountant and is excited to continue in her accounting career at Rivertown Finance. She is eager to use all of her skills in order to serve others. In her spare time, Kadee loves cooking, traveling, horseback riding and running with her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.


Donna Sterling |

Donna is not only Roxanne’s mom but she is a respected mother figure to the entire team. If only every company had a "mom" like her to take care of them! Donna has a business management degree but has spent many years doing the bookkeeping for a variety of businesses and has grown tremendously since joining the team. She is as loyal and honest as they come! Donna loves spoiling her grandchildren and her 110 lb. German Shepherd. She also enjoys teaching Sunday School at her church.


Melanie Suk |

As a stay at home mom, Melanie was looking to do part time work that would be flexible and be a place where she knew she was serving others. Rivertown is that place. Her organizational skills have helped her fill a needed roll as our Operations Coordinator. She is also active in her local community by participating in the Wayland Elementary Parents Association and as the President of Friends of Henika District Library. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She also enjoys reading, hanging with friends and scrapbooking.

Amy Kelly

Amy received her accounting degree from Central Michigan University. She first started her career at a large public accounting firm, earning her CPA and gaining knowledge in a variety of industries. After several years in public accounting, she worked in both the private and non-profit sectors. Amy is eager to use her experience to assist her Rivertown Finance clients with their accounting needs. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and four children watching sports events, taking walks and enjoying our beautiful West Michigan.

Amy joins Rivertown Finance with a passion to help and serve others. She attended Wheaton College in Illinois for Education and taught for 8 years. Since then, she has had several different jobs, including stay at home mother for her children until they started school. Amy is excited to use her abilities to help clients and the Rivertown Finance team! She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, especially at the beach.

Heidi Stewart

Heidi graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She began her career in public accounting and then proceeded to work for many years as a Controller for Gordon Food Service. Since joining the team, Heidi has been able to use her passion for finance in managing the senior services team. She counts it a privilege to prevent financial misstep and prolong independence for seniors! Between running her four kids to soccer games with her husband, in her spare time, Heidi enjoys reading, going to the beach and dabbling in real estate.

Seanna Ulberg

Seanna graduated from University of Phoenix with a degree in Accounting. She began her career in the private sector and after 5 years realized her desire to work in public accounting working with a variety of clients. She has been a part of the Rivertown team since 2018 and has loved every minute of it! She has enjoyed working with clients in a number of different industries including the service industry and non-profits. Seanna accepts challenges with a positive attitude and uses her persistent skills to achieve her goals. She loves working in a place that encourages accountants and offers great flexibility. Outside of the office, Seanna enjoys reading mystery novels and spending time with her husband and 4 kids. Together the family goes camping, enjoys boating with extended family, and traveling.


Heather Jaworski |

Heather is one of the newest members of our team. She is from the small town of Wayland, MI. She attended Grand Valley State University where she got a degree in History. After Grand Valley, Heather was feeling that history might not be the way that she wanted to go. She then made the decision to attend Davenport University where she completed her Masters of Business Administration in December. She is looking forward to working with Rivertown Finance. Heather also looks forward to getting to know her clients and helping them with their needs. In her free time, Heather likes to read and watch TV. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 adorable dogs, Willow and Jaxx.
